INDIAN ROSEWOOD BRIDGE

Acoustic Steel String Guitar, Model No. WJGS  HYB-SS-FB12

Review by Keenan Dingwall Smith

Wayne took time to discuss my preferences for tone woods and design, resulting in a combination of Carpathian Spruce for the top and Panama Rosewood for the back and sides.

The care in selecting these materials is evident in both the sound and aesthetics the spruce top delivers clarity and brightness, while the rosewood adds depth and warmth.

The luthier’s attention to detail is unparalleled. Each joint was meticulously crafted, and the hand-carved rosette around the soundhole adds a personal touch that sets this guitar apart. The fretwork was done with precision, and the neck was shaped to my exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for my hand and playing style.

Throughout the process, Wayne worked closely with me to fine-tune every aspect, from the action to the finish. The result is a guitar that feels uniquely mine crafted not just for sound but for comfort and visual appeal.

The build process wasn’t just about creating a guitar; it was about creating an instrument that felt like it was made for me. The result is an exceptional, one-of-a-kind acoustic guitar that’s truly a Labor of love and craftsmanship.

Kind regards,

Keenan.
